PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item.
When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check
out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save
time, by simply inserting their username and password.

SHOPPING ON-LINE
For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via authorize.net and Paypal where
you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any
difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.
TERMS
We accept credit cards through authorize.net (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)and paypal. Paypal also allows you to directly
transfer from your bank account.
SHIPPING
All domestic orders will be shipped by UPS Ground.We ship in stock items within 72 hours. If items are not in stock, you will be notified within 48 hours and those orders will be handled on an individual basis. Oversize items may require additional shipping and handling fees. You will be notified prior to being charged. It is your responsibility to provide us with an address that can accept UPS deliveries with a signature.
ORDERING
There is no minimum order. Shipping and Sales Tax are calculated and added to
the total order at check out.Florida residents will be charged sales tax on all purchases.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking on the Order
Tracking Link, after which you will have to enter your specified user name and
password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your basic shipping

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your purchase to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full exchange or refund.
We allow one complimentary exchange per item. You will be charged a restocking fee of $12 to cover shipping and handling on any additional exchanges.

Please include your packing receipt with a detailed explanation for your return or exchange. We highly recommend that you obtain insurance and delivery tracking when shipping your return or exchange to us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges on any merchandise sent back to us after 30 days of receipt of original purchase. Please note that all toys, beds, carriers, custom orders and clearance/sale items are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason.
